Léčebné lázně Jáchymov a.s. is specialized on treatment of diseases of locomotive organs. The basic therapeutic means is a unique natural resource - radon mineral water high in radon radioactive gas. Soft alpha radiation included in radon gas has a beneficial effect on the whole organism. The patients are provided with spa treatment either directly in the place of accommodation or they attend it. However, tourists do not come to Jáchymov only for spa treatment. Jáchymov is a significant place for organization of conferences, workshops, congresses and other similar events.
