The SPLZaK (“Administration of Natural Healing Resources and Colonnades”) protects and keeps custody of the Karlovy Vary healing resources - Karlovy Vary mineral springs. At the same time, maintenance of all colonnades in Karlovy Vary comes under the custody of SPLZaK.
